first time we have been to this location....cashier was supper friendly....we tried the new chicken salads ...they were made perfect and fresh...got some nachos too the cheese was good and the chips were tasty....also got a double chicken taco salad this was also super fresh and delicious if we are on that side of town we will definitely be back again...this location is way better than the one on Broadway...manager was also nice

El Pollo Loco has always been my go to for quick food with great taste! However, my last two visits were NOT the great quality I came to expect from my EPLoco! The chicken was burnt and dry, and the portions were WAY less than usual! My favorite order of Double Chicken Avacado bowl had old avocado turned upside down to hide the avocado AND mostly rice filled the bowl with the small amount of ingredients placed on top as if to make it look like more! PLEASE don't let these last 2 orders represent the usual instead of TWO poorly made orders!!
