Enjoyed the patio. Misters weren't working and it started out a little warm. Waiter, Douglas, was personable and on top of things. Food was good. The pitcher of margaritas excellent!

Excellent food! My husband and I shared the Carne Seca Platter and chips and salsa. The salsa was delicious, just a little heat but not crazy spicy. The Prickly Pear Margaritas were delicious and not too sweet. For dessert we had the Chocolate-Hazelnut Dessert Tamal, which was also fabulous. There was a large selection of gluten-free items, which were marked on the menu. Service was great also!

Everyone is an outstanding public citizen and wears their mask.
We frequent this restaurant often and have always had great service! Because of the fabulous food it does stay busy and can have wait times but the service staff have always been kind and accommodating. Great atmosphere, decor and amazing food dishes. A must try if you are visiting Tucson!
As Tyler said the Ventana store has been remodeled. Been eating at Inca next door recently. Both have great food. Looking forward to getting back to El Charo myself.
