I usually love Viva and normally go to the one on golf links which always has been a good experience. Well I was near the Irvington one so I decided to buy a burrito. The meat tasted horrible I couldn’t even eat my burrito…both times I ordered at this location the meat was off.

Not bad. They need to lay off the potato in the burrito. Got a chorizo breakfast burrito and it was primarily potato. My coworker ordered the same thing without potato and it looked like a different burrito altogether.

So every-time I go to viva burrito here it’s always I’m sorry our service is down. And rice taste nasty and it has a bad after taste and the orange Fanta taste like the just add water and just a drop of orange Fanta never eating here again. If I could give zero stars I would but I had to give something to write this.

Serves out of date food. Freezer always breaks so pack "frozen produce" in water. Illegally treats their staff (no holiday, sick pay, don't pay full ours). Barely any staff so they have to move between stores (after they finished own shift to then double) or face being fired. Just an overall joke of a business.
