I submitted multiple requests. I like the email and text system. But the replies do not indicate which request is being dealt with. If you only request one thing it’s not an issue. But with multiple requests. I got three emails that said the jobs have been completed and two that said we’re waiting on parts. But I don’t know which ones were completed and which ones still need parts. One of the items that I thought was repaired is not. And when I called the number on the email it just rang and rang and rang and no one ever answered. So happy with the timeliness of the response but not happy with the actual repair situation or the inability to get more information

New Property Manager is excellent. Heard my concerns, was understanding and helpful. I love my sunroom office and the maintenance guys are friendly, helpful and caring as are the office staff.

I ben living here almost 3 years, first was the smell coming from other apartment was so bad that we had to move with in the Sugar mill Apartment. then this year 2022 they increase our rent by $300.00 when I spoke to office people, this is what I got " sorry there are nothing we can do " their answer were, if you don't like it, move! I never rented apartment like this in my life.
