When I woke up with what I suspected was appendicitis, I had no idea where I would go. I live in Benton County but Camden was out & HCMC ER is generally iffy at best. So my husband drove me to BMH-CC. I can’t say enough good about the staff here. Brian in the ED was so beyond pleasant even though they were so busy. He tended to me like I was his own family & explained everything very well. Heath & Bailey in the OR were absolute GEMS & made me feel so at ease. Connie Lynn was a rockstar as always. Monica & the CT staff (I’m sorry I didn’t catch everyone’s name) were perfect & patient with me when I was in so much pain. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience needing a quick surgery. I went into the ED around 1100 & was home in my bed, minus the appendix, by 1830. Kudos to y’all! Keep up the awesome work 💜

Nurses and doctors are professional and courteous. I had a short wait before my procedure but it went well and I was given clear instructions to follow after my procedure. Highly recommend this hospital.

If I could give a review without a star rating at all I would. They gave my brother medicine that the ER doctor was told he is NOT to take. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever seen in my entire life. I would not recommend this place period.

Lady at front desk is not nice or courteous. Also, have taken two kids there for x-rays. Told there was no fracture. Went to a specialist afterwards who did x-rays, and there was actually a bone fracture in both instances.

I think the closest catch lab is in jackson
The rehab for the hospital is in the hospital. They refer to it as swing bed if they are in patient.
With any medical care if you feel like you did not get the care you needed or the to the extent that you needed then you should get another opinion. Always check with your insurance as well as they may not pay for a second treatment for the same illness unless it meets their standards.
