I called to get info to see if they would be able to help and I get told they aren't accepting new patients and to try Rutgers dental school which requires the full payment of the procedure upfront before any work is started. Very disappointed in a dental office.

When they first opened it wasn't run very well. You waited forever, it was hard to get to see a doctor. But now they have new staff and things seem to run smoother. The only thing is they have a dental site but they always send you to Dover. I wish they would get better with dental so patients without transportation can have access to dentistry in their own town. Or closer at least. Dr. Ken Kinoshita is very nice and would recommend him to anyone.

Nobody returns your call! Called 10 times regarding a billing matter and they promise to help you and Nobody follows through. Not one person in this office can follow through with what they say . It's beyond fusterating. It shouldn't take weeks with still no solution.
