I think we would have been better off going to creature comforts, would have been the same level of service. The people are very unfriendly, the one male nurse refuses to see someone because of their tattoos which is discrimination. We have seen him pick up our paperwork multiple times and put it right back to assist someone who got there after us. This has happened on more than one occasion. Went for a culture test requested by a cardiologist. Got called into the room a half hour after arriving at 745, nurse was not pleasant at all. Get in the room and she asks where the wound is.. 🤯 needless to say, we walked out before we became unpleasant like them and will not return there. I don't care how far I have to drive. St Luke's has really gone downhill.

Told me my child had chicken pox… took him to his regular doctor and it was folliculitis, urgent care is useless.
