ER is very slow. Been her 1.5 hours and haven't seen a doctor yet. Someone stopped by because my mom, the patient was going pee and said he'd be back. He has been gone for 20 minutes.

Hospitals hv been around for decades but for some reason they still can not find a better way to serve sick patients outside of making ppl wait in the waiting room for 4 and 5 hours!!! Even with a possibly ruptured appendix I’ve still been made to wait an extremely long time! Everyone seems so dismissive and desensitized to peoples pain and it’s truly sad. I should hv taken the drive to Emory like my guy told me to but the Urgent Care facility that sent me said this place was organized and fast. So not true. Hospitals (including this one) NEED TO DO BETTER!!!! Evolve for Christ sakes!!! An average wait time of 150 minutes for an ER visit is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOR ANYBODY!! I would also like to mention that most none black ppl have been seen. How ironic

The ER was fantastic! Everyone at Piedmont Fayetteville, from the first person who took my name until I exited, was caring, super polite, and professional. It some time to get in and out but the positivity and care I received, made it the right choice. I would not hesitate to choose the Piedmont Fayetteville ER if I ever need emergency care again!

Yes , there is sometimes trouble parking, this is because all other cities prefer using this hospital versus their own, however alot of improvements have been made to accommodate everyone's needs.
Piedmont Fayette is understaffed. Piedmont Newnan is a much better hospital.

However I feel bad for you because of the situation when they did not admit you and by treating you rudely that is uncalled for an unacceptable! So what you should do from this point is contact the board of hospitals file a complaint or contact an attorney on your behalf that always works. Not enough staff to do this fast, you must wait for things to happen these days. I would go into the hospital and request for the records in person. This way is the fastest way to get medical records.

Each patient is different! It can be 45 minutes or four to five hours it depends on how many people are in the emergency room at the time or it depends on staff!!

It all depends what department you are going to see. The ER is a long wait, everything else needs to have an appointment to see the doctor for that specialized service.
It case is different. It can take up to 20 minutes to a half an hour! Or half an hour to 3 hours! Good luck take care and God bless!!!

The lab that processes specimens is in the basement but you must have badge access to get to it. The OUTPATIENT registration and lab is on the main floor at the West entrance

Yes, the cafeteria is accessible from any where in the hospital. Also, Chik Fil A has 2 locations in the hospital.
You must call to get patient info and there is very little they will tell you due to privacy issues.
