Very rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. They said that they don't provide any job leads like a lot of the other Career Centers do throughout the Atlanta metro especially in Cobb County. They need to go over to Cobb County and copy their setup so that they can assist people because their office is always empty since they don't provide anything but a computer in an internet connection. When I was over there last week, the printer cartridge ran out and they didn't have a backup so I couldn't print anything out and it took two days for them to get another printer cartridge back in. It was just a wasted trip along with my time and gas. All they do is sit down behind the desk all day without reaching out to assist anyone. You have to ask them for everything and they do not smile. They make you feel like they can't wait for you to leave because they don't want to do any work and are very lazy. From my observation, they just want a free easy check every week without having to work for it.

I used to work here 2007-2008. Was a good program. I am reading some of the reviews. I hope people realize that this is a place where you can look for employment. Get training. This is not the Unemployment office. Waiting on your check is something you take up with the Unemployment office. When I worked there we were not rude. As we had the motto we could be the ones on the other side of the desk. Actually I started off on the other side. I went in to enroll in the program. I ended up working there. The team I worked with was awesome. We were a team and team work makes the dream work. We were passionate as well.

I attempted to change my PIN and got locked out of my account have been reaching out to the new ID me website and Georgia unemployment and get directed to the same phone numbers where no one answers the phone I have placed over 30 emails and more voicemail stating that. I don't know who they have answering these phones but they need to wake them up. I have been waiting for help over a month now.
