No professionalism and too much nepotism. Barbara, Chef Louis, and many others are clicked up. Highschool environment and felony friendly. Complaints are ignored and the complainee is outcast for speaking up. This is a bully’s playground and it needs serious reconstruction from the inside out.

According to their website, 1 bottle of unopened water per ticket holder & whatever food can fit into a 1 gallon sized bag.
I had a bunch of snacks for my 4 year old and 20 month old, along with an empty water bottle and nothing was said.
What can you buy with the concession money on your Infiniti Club tickets? Also, is it 1 ticket per order or can you combine the amount on the voucher tickets together?
When enjoying an event at a "public venue" you have to know, going in, there will be a variety of personalities there. I do understand your feelings. In that situation I use the person who has foul language as an example how not to be. When you respect yourself you have the ability to respect others.
Two unique Rideshare Zones service guests of The Battery Atlanta on game days. The Zones are located along Windy Ridge Parkway, and Heritage Court - allowing easy pick-up and drop-off access.
No SunTrust Park is a tobacco-free facility. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is permitted in a designated area outside the Third Base Gate. Tobacco use is prohibited in the seating bowl, concourses, Plaza, restrooms and in all premium seating areas. Oriole Park at Camden Yards is a smoke-free facility.
They didn't mind us bringing in a couple of bottled mountain dew, but we went through a metal detector at the entrance gate and had our bags searched as well for safety purposes
As long as it is 5x9 or smaller they don't care.
They're not worried about it being a weapon, they just don't want the gate people having to get close enough to search a bag
Yes. If you have Xfinity, you can login through your Xfinity account.
Even if you don't have Xfinity, you can get it for free, you just have to fill out a form with your info.
It's great and super fast!
How far would a handicapped person have to walk from the closest handicap parking to inside stadium?
Carole Hossom | Oct 23, 2019
David Nesom | Oct 23, 2019
My parents park in the red lot handicapped area and it is a flat walk into the battery and to the stadium entrance of approximately 75 yards total. If I recall correctly parking required online purchase before arrival @ about $20.
If not permit only, park in the red deck if you plan on spending $50 in the battery because it's free with the validation for the entire game. Otherwise pick parking last minute online or if you don't mind walking, you can walk from nearby shopping lots for free.
Yes. Great view and we had a home run ball land 2 rows behind and 2 rows ahead of us! Just don't forget to bring hats and sunscreen. There is no shade.
What are the general admission tickets? Are they just to get in the park or for seating as well?
Damichal Favors | Oct 23, 2019
Daniel Bracho | Oct 23, 2019
General admission are usually for admission and seating, but you can check and confirm any details on the official Atlanta Braves site. Visit: https://www.mlb.com/braves/ballpark/seating-chart
From the date of this answer (9/23/2018)... 1 year, 5 months, and 23 days. An exhibition game was played between the Atlanta Braves vs New York Yankees on 3/31/2017. But literally the park was completed with everything on 3/8/2017, which would give the park's age of completion to now as 1 year, 6 months, & 15 days.
Is triple A assistance available in the parking decks
dallas wood | Oct 23, 2018
Jay Jackson | Oct 23, 2018
They have golf carts I believe they have jumper boxes available but that's probably the extent of the assistance.
Are there elevators?
Ray Brooks | Oct 23, 2018
Donald Hudkins | Oct 23, 2018
Yes
I know we can bring in sealed water bottles, is there a restriction to the size, ie 12 oz, liter or gallon?
Patti Tracy | Oct 23, 2018
Jaideep Gajjar | Oct 23, 2018
Check the braves website for the information but I think liter should be okay but probably not gallons and you can also refill from the drinking fountains
I have brought a small umbrella in with me for a couple games. Even when it wasn't raining. However they occasionally have you open it for security purposes.
The Battery has several places to eat ranging from upscale to causal. Literally sports bars to fine dining. The surrounding area has lots of fast food and across the way Cumberland Mall has restaurants and a food court. It is impossible to starve! I recommend Terrapin Tap Room at the Battery, if you are visiting from out of town!
Yes, but it can't be in a bag of any kind since the ballpark does not allow guests to bring bags for any reason (other than medical needs and diaper bags).
You should be able to get pretty close. You won't be right up to the door of the stadium but the Battery has streets you can get close with and then park.
You can bring in bags, but they have to be within a certain size. But only small bags, I have a 9 by 11 bag and they said that was too big so I had to rent a locker to store it in during the game.
That's a awesome place to be and the entertainment is something to experience... You will not only enjoy the game but and the other activities going on as well.
Suntrust Park named after the Suntrust Bank.
The Suntrust Bank merged with another BB&T Bank
So BB&T and SunTrust completed merger to become Truist.
Hence Suntrust Park automatically becomes Truist.
I hope this will help.
SunTrust as a company has been rebranded due to the acquisition from BB&T. They are now collectively called Truist. SunTrust Park was the old name and Truist is the name now. Just some history for ya. 👍
There are roughly a dozen different restaurants here along with the stadium itself and it's restaurants so in order to get some help you're going to need to be a lot more specific as to where you're referring to wanting a reservation.
Our tickets were for a 7:20pm game and they didn't open the gates until 6pm. We were at the 3 base gates. Only one gate was opened at 5:30pm around to the right of the stadium from the gate were we at. We asked the 4 gate attendants and they were all clueless about when gates open.
You can park right next to the field or walk. The closer the more expensive. 30$ for parking deck alongside field but will be validated if you spend 50$ at overpriced store. Walk awhile it's about 20$.
I USE AN ELEC SCOOTER DUE TO LIMITED MOBILITY. DO I BUY A STD TIC AND LEAVE SCOOTER IN HALLWAY? OR DO I HAVE TO BUY HANDICAP ACCESS TIC?

I saw people using their own devices such as, wheelchairs, motrorized and all. SunTrust has handicapped areas for people in such situations. I have a prosthesis and was just standing near a handicap area of seating. The lady usher named Gwen approacged me and told me that if i fot tired she would find a seat for me to rest. Very nice place with nice people that are very courteous... The Atlanta Braves organization is making a change in the whole experience in visiting the park to watch MLB. They have placed tge park in the middle of a wonderful battery of shopping and eating while there. Tgey have made it affordable as well.. a wonderful plaxe to take family and friends and enjoy yourself. Just beware of sitting in left field in tge middle of the day or day games. At this time of year, tge sun and the heat can ve brutal! Go Braves! Chop chop
No but CCT Cobb County Transit go by there but if you don't live in Cobb County you will have to take marta to connect with CCT out of the Art Center Station or Civic Center Station
Park in red parking garage next to Omni. Take elevator. Restaurants will validate parking ticket. Have fun. Take you parking ticket with you for validation.
Anything you can fit into a gallon-size ziplock bag is allowed as far as snacks and drinks go. I just learned that last game! You can bring all your own snacks as long as it fits in one gallon size bag!
They have multiple locations with elevators so any level will work. It depends more on the amount of money spent. It also depends on where you park to assist with ease of getting in. I suggest the red lot closest to the park. This means any seats on the first base line will suffice.
The seats are very comfortable! State of the art stadium. I should know I helped build it for over a year and have been to 3 ball games at the new park. It all depends on your rear end preference of course but even my mother had no problem in the seats for approx 3hours. Enjoy and CHOP CHOP
Contact LAZ parking they are the parking partners for SunTrust. I know they just did a hiring fairing on the 15th of this month. Too hiring parking staff. So within the next week or so. Once they are done with orientation and hiring. Tickets should be available.
I too would buy parking online before the game. I've never seen any discounts for trying your luck. You may as well pick a deck in advance and buy a ticket online.
Red deck is for the battery. I was there last weekend for Friday night game. It is free for the 1st 4 hrs but then can get pricey per hour. I dont think Red deck is available for reservations but I am not sure.
If concerned a/b the weather affecting the game there is currently a 10% chance of rain. But the Braves would be the best contact for up to date information
In my opinion, the Delta lot, the orange lot, and Braves 11 are probably the best in that order. Unfortunately, the first two are usually only open to people that have special pass or special access. You should be able to buy access to the third lot through mlb.com. Worst-case, you could always drive up to the stadium to drop your father off and then go park wherever you're able to get space.
There's a couple of breakfast places there at the battery one of them is a Jewish deli and they're open pretty early bars and restaurants I think open around 10 or 11
Everything is scanned now through phones. You should be able to send a digital link or copy to their email or phone. Or try to screenshot your version.
Going to the Braves/Dodgers game on Sunday 7-29. What time does the stadium open?
Kirk Mellecker | Oct 23, 2018
Andrew Pollard | Oct 23, 2018
Two hours before the game
Is section 226,high up or near ground level?
DJ Wilson | Oct 23, 2018
Luke Winstel | Oct 23, 2018
226 is right in the middle. It wouldn't be classified as "high up", but it is above field level. Something to note- every seat in SunTrust is a good one, they did a great job with the stadium. It's all close to the field. 226 is a nice section for sure.
Can you make reservations at chop house in stadium
All the restaurants should be open around 11 or so. Tailgating should be allowed because ive seen other people do it before games. Restaurants do not start serving alcohol until 1230 on Sundays
No but remember if you have things on ypur key chain that could be considered weapons..ie pepper spray miniature knives want be permitted..its a long walk back to the car...
You will be towed. All surrounding businesses are on the lookout for those parking in their lots and going to the game. They have contracts with local tow companies who stay close by during game or event hours. I know because I work for a wrecker service that has one of these contracts.
If you need transportation to and from your car Cobb county has a shuttle that runs around the stadium until 2:00am it's called the blue and green circulater and it is free
Check the back of your ticket. It should give instructions on what to do in the event of cancellation of a game. You should be able to exchange it at the ballpark ticket window or by mail to the ballpark ticket office for another ticket of the same price for succeeding games during the current season.
Do as much research as possible, I'm not able to walk long distances so I need proper handicap parking. The thing is that some of the handicap parking can still mean a very long walk. Researching any restraunts or other activities within the park is very important IF you have a physical handicap. Good luck !
No, there isn't. The parking is for cars/trucks only. There isn't any designated RV parking. There is, however, a Wal-Mart close by where you can park and take a quick Uber to the park. Uber takes you right to the Battery Atlanta, 10 feet from the gate.
It was less than a 10 min walk to the 3rd base entrance. There was a small bridge we had to cross the main street to and was a great place to park for the games. Police were on location and we could tailgate and drink too with no issues.
Yes. Plenty of restroom facilities on multiple floor levels. Many food options from. BBQ to Gourmet. Most meals such as BBQ, Burgers, Chicken fingers and so on are no more than $10-$11 and include an ample amount of french fries. You can also dine in the Delta Club restaurant or Chop House restaurant.
What section is closest to first base in the shade?
Babs Ragsdale | Oct 23, 2017
Clayton Jones | Oct 23, 2017
The only time I sat on the 1st base side was an evening game, section 112 (735 start I think), we were not in the sun at all.
I have been to an afternoon game (410 start) and was on the Hank Aaron Ter, behind LF foul pole, in the sun the whole time. Still great though.
I'm sure they do. I don't know how you'd use it to get to the park but my son was on crutches (we took an uber from our parking lot) and they offered us their shuttle back to the lot after the game.
