Greetings This all depends on what's in the schedule prior to game! You never know what's happening until you get there!
I was there an hour before the game and didn't notice anybody signing autographs like the previous person posted, probably due to the pandemic, they're not signing autographs.
I do not believe this is happening due to the pandemic due to league and organization regulations.
