From my understanding if a person occupies a seat you have to buy a ticket.
I have no idea. I took my son for his 18th birthday. I don't know about younger children. I would suggest checking out the FAQ page on their website.
From what I have found they have to be 3 or younger to not need a ticket. I am pretty sure she will need one. If a child is 3 or younger and can sit on your lap they are free.
