Google reviews won't let me post a longer review so here's a quick pro's and con's list: Pros: 1. Food wasn't awful 2. There was one good nurse, therapist, and tech Cons: 1. tech's, nurses, and therapists were very rude 2. trans patients constantly mis-gendered and dead-named 3. neuro-divergent patients called slurs by staff 4. therapist compared everyone's trauma to her own life 5. Nurse ignored me asking for help for my roommate who became unable to breathe and then made me feel like it was my fault when she finally did come help 6. I as a patient who doesn't like isolation was left without a roommate during "reflection" (basically forced to stay in a room to "think about what you learned" for an hour or hour and a ½) 7. Staff never got back to parents about concerns about their kids

Update: It has been over a year since I graduated Ridgeview’s outpatient IOP program and I continue to use the knowledge and skills I learned in this program everyday. I have all of my notes and handouts that I kept from the program and when I find myself stuck, I refer back to them and the valuable lessons I learned from Alison, Debbie, and Duane. I feel, a year later, that going through Ridgeview’s IOP program was one of the best things I’ve done for my mental health. AND, a year later, I can still hear Duane’s voice telling me to “Get out of your head” or Debbie saying, “I’m so sorry. That’s no longer an option.” The outpatient program at Ridgeview in Monroe is like no other I have ever been in. The counselors and nurse practitioner here are excellent! Debbie is a grief counselor and life coach; Duane is a marriage and relationship counselor; and Alison is a trauma therapist. Between the three, I have received valuable help that I will carry with me throughout the rest of my life. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is seeking to improve their mental health and reach their recovery goals.

This will be entirely for the outpatient program as I was not in the Inpatient. I’ll be honest, Ridgeview gave me an entirely new lease on life. The therapists here are some of the most effective I have ever had the pleasure of being seen by. Allison, Duane, Debbie and Mokshia continually challenged me in group to ensure I was understanding the problems I had and how to fix them. But it’s not just talking about your issues, they teach you strategies on how to improve your life in regards to mental health. The groups focused on things like Self-Forgiveness, Co-Dependcy, Mindfullness, and so many others based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. You will need to work though, you will need to work to better yourself using what they teach you and there is much practice needed to be done on the outside. The therapists were understanding and gave off a sense of empathy, and are never judgmental. I always found that they were also quick to answer questions or to offer assistance and personal appointments when necessary. They allow the group to encourage and support each other, something that many groups do not do to my knowledge. I will use what I have learned here at Ridgeview for the rest of my life and i am so happy this is where I came to for my Intensive Outpatient Program.

Zero stars needs to be an option. 11 days of therapy is NOT enough for someone who has suicidal thoughts. Especially if they say someone is ok to go home after that 11 days and then end up in the hospital for attempting suicide the very next morning. Nope he wasn’t ready!!! I would not send my dog here! And when I called to voice my concerns I got hung up on!

For what exactly?
Ask a lawyer.
Nothing
I honestly dont have an answer to your question i work in the kitchen as a dietary aide
I would think with Hippa, they would give out very limited information.
Yes
I want to say no because they are pretty strict when it comes to certain things... But it's best to call and ask first. When I went it was for Out Patient only
Actually, read the article. Smyrna and Monroe locations are both cited. Sad but true, all owned and operated by same parent company in New York.
Yes
I really don't know the answer to that ... My insurance has paid for my treatment
U can sign yourself out the first day, then u can leave after 3 days.. Its a great place, my cousin loved it n they really helped her. Shes doing great now and goes to therapy once a week now.. Good luck n God bless..
Who are you?
As long as they have a bed in area/age range they will take them 24/7.
You can't
However you will be signing something stating they’re a smoke free facility...so know that they lie and get you to sign things that arent correct from the start. (And best of luck to you if you sign anything stating you want info on psych advanced directives. You’ll never see anything on that either.)
No. They will only let you bring three outfits. No hoods, nothing with strings, nothing with metal.
