They will close early if no one is in line, so I recommend calling before you go. We arrived 5 minutes before closing with overnight packages that already had labels and would have taken two minutes to process and they were shutting the gate and refused to accept our packages or even let us put them in the drop box. The FedEx drivers who do our daily pickup Monday- Friday are outstanding, but the staff here is slow and not particularly interested in customer service. It's too bad the other Decatur FedEx has a much earlier shipping cut off. I'd love to never return here.

Stood in line with two customers (one woman and young girl as one, and another young lady) ahead of me. Another lady came in, and another followed her. A younger black male came in last. The clerk assisted the customers ahead of me and the lady after me since she just handed her package - a drop off. The last lady ahead of me had to fill out a form so she asked for the next customer. I started forward then the black guy stepped forward and said he had a drop off and pickup. Clerk turned to him and I said I am next in line. BG said he was. I said no I am and the lady here is after me. He then started running his mouth mumbling a bunch of stuff I did not understand. The clerk did then turn to me and assisted me with my drop off. I think she should have told him, since she knew I was ahead of him, that she would help him after me and that could have avoided a lot of back and forth between two customers - an elderly white guy and a black racist!
