No one ever calls back. I put my application in over a month ago. I’ve reached out via Twitter, Facebook and email and I never get a call back. An absolute joke. They need their funding pulled because no one is doing their job.

Don't waste your time. Lots of false promises and no follow through. This is a horrible establishment and, if funded by the state, needs to be investigated because they are either not receiving funding or are using it inappropriately.

Was supposed to get a class paid for through this center.. I GOT COMPLETELY SCAMED. Several calls and emails and no responses and I paid for the program that was suppose to be FREE. Other peopel from my class used a different center based on their location and their classes are already paid for!

This place is the absolute worst I’m still awaiting my unemployment from early April, I’ve also contacted customer service and I’ve been on hold for a total of 2 hours just for them to tell me that I need to go to the office. I’ve filled out the slip what feels like 20 times this place is terrible and I feel sorry for anyone out there that is going through this experience. The only advice they give is to keep certifying every week. It’s the worst thing I’ve ever experienced.

Go online @dol.state.ga.gov for details but I believe you need a separation notice. You can fill out most if the inquiry online I think, but check the website out first. It has a lot if the info you need.
I don't work there but I happen to know they do, attend there Thursday for their Orientation for school/work training information session; that is the first step

The WIOA orientation is held every Thursday from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at 774 Jordan Lane, Building 4, Decatur, GA 30033. Attending the orientation will address all eligibility requirements and issues, as well as provide you with a list of eligible training providers.
