We all have a job to do
Aaliyah Berry
Gina Bernard hasn't returned emails, phone calls, anything in months, I have yet to speak to her once, I have been so patiently waiting, never once have I been disrespectful or out of line, to be treated this way, is unheard of and unprofessional, meanwhile my boyfriend is sitting in the Dekalb County Jail not knowing anything about his case, halting his future, while he's trying to put this behind him

Unfortunately my sons attorney Elizabeth Ura hasn't returned emails, phone calls, anything in months, I have yet to speak to her once, I have been so patiently waiting, never once have I been disrespectful or out of line, to be treated this way, is unheard of and unprofessional, meanwhile my son is sitting in the Dekalb County Jail not knowing anything about his case, halting his future, while he's trying to put this behind him, I would truly expect better for our community and young adults.

My son's public defender has been excellent in helping him get the mental health concerns addressed and the needed medical assistance.

You may sit 30-60 days, u dont have a bond on a FTA
Come by the office and they can look your case up and then advise you how to handle the situation.
Go into the office and fill out the application. There is a $50 nonrefundable app fee payable by money order only. Or you can call the office and someone from the office can mail you an application. Or you can download the application off of website and then get it back to them.
Good luck with getting in touch with him. Thats like finding a 4leaf clover
You have to go with the county he got his crime in, you can contact me on here
Go in a fill out application for him
Making an appointment is best. The lawyers are frequently in court, at the jail, or at other locations away from the office. So it is likely they will not be in the office if you show up out of the blue. But if you do want to take your chances, there is nothing preventing you from just stopping by.
I had two tickets in Decatur and Decatur public lawyer literally talked the judge into giving me one ticket after he wanted to drop both. Don't trust or talk to any public lawyer, call private lawyer
