Worse medical practice I have ever been to. First time we waited one hour before being called back but no one bothered to let us know there would be a wait. When you are late you are expected to reschedule so why is the parent’s time not equally respected. The staff are very rude and extremely slow. You can hear them through the door complaining about patients and various other matters. The entire office is extremely outdated, rooms are as small as closets, and needs a good deep cleaning. Each experience, only been twice, has been extremely disappointing.

Out dated, rude, and never available. Extremely poor customer service. Doctor was upset because o refuse to get my son vaccinated. Also, they gave my son the thought that he was “depressed” and put him on “witchcraft pharmaceutical”. Most children are depressed due to social media and lack there of material things, THANK The WORLD. If you can DO NOT GO HERE. THERE IS ALWAYS an issue with getting my sons prescription and or an issue in the office that hinders your time.

Absolute WORSE customer service over the past few years. I went here as a child & naturally brought my daughter to what I assumed was still a good choice. We have been trying to get medical records for over a month with no success nor callback. I go to the office & they tell me I have an unpaid balance from 3 years prior. I immediately pay the balance & now they tell me I still can’t get the records, that we must wait on them to be mailed out. I just want to transfer to a office that can actually treat & make medically necessary recommendations for my child & get things done in a timely manner. Almost 2 months for records with no communication is ridiculous.

The system might be malfunctioning. Try it again, if someone answers before they put you in hold let them know you have called multiple times and got disconnected each time.
