The location is amazing, property is nice clean and large. Definitely a place to visit for the boating community. We spent 5 nights here over the 4th of July weekend and had a blast. The marina is one of the nicest I’ve been to, the only gripe I had about it is how large it is, it is a far walk in that Florida Summer heat. There isn’t many options for food around the area. Marker 92 is very mediocre food and drinks with high prices. I do recommend going to “Gather” the drinks and desserts were amazing. While we did enjoy our trip very much and the reason for my 3 stars is because of the front desk. I had booked 2 rooms, one standard and one 2 bedroom suite. I asked for any free upgrades on the standard room which they wouldn’t and offered us a rate increase which was higher than expected even being an Elite member, claiming the upgraded room was well above $400 a night for a one bedroom suite even though I booked a 2 bedroom for less than that and I checked the prices before we asked. Then the following day I got a message from my CC saying it was maxed out because they preauthorized well over the amount of the stay $1,200 over. I went to the front desk to ask about these and they didn’t have an answer and said everything checked out and while I was there another couple came up and complained about the same thing. So I was unable to use my Marriott card for the remainder of the trip. I recommend checking over your statements because upon checkout of one of the rooms they had an upgrade charge that we never had and now I have to wait for it to get corrected and fall off my CC. Just seemed disorganized and have had way better experiences with Hyatt.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at the Westin. The room was amazing, the area was beautiful, and the staff was so accommodating. Special thank you to the valet guys! They welcomed us with smiles every single day that we were there and even took the time to greet our pup Millie. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again if I’m ever in Cape Coral.

Stayed here for about two weeks last year and loved it here! Beautiful place and views. Very cool watching the boats coming in and out. Very clean. Convenient having the restaurant downstairs and bar outside and other restaurants and shops walking distance on the property. Can’t wait to come back again this year!

Oh my goodness, this hotel was amazing. Wow, what a place! The marina was very well laid out, the property was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and clean, with good amenities. Absolutely loved the layout and design. They have a beautiful "boardwalk" along the water with all sorts of shops. I will definitely be returning to this location and hopefully for a longer stay. Highly recommend. Also, the Valet deserves a promotion.

Yes, I've seen trailers parked outside the bottom lot of the parking garage. I've also seen multiple vehicles parked on the very top level of the parking garage (which is not covered, btw), so I'm fairly certain that if you speak with staff ahead of time, they'll be able to accommodate your needs and let you know where to park and if there is a fee.
No. The bathroom is huge and a stackable washer and dryer is located in the bathroom.
What hotel are you asking about? Dont know of a "Westinghouse" hotel.

The coffee pot in my room is a 12 cup one; however, the plate on it is very rusted. I was surprised to see such thing in a hotel/resort like this one.

Yes they have a beautiful gazebo outside on the water. And 3 outside options for the reception Plus several options for receptions inside. Hope that helps u. The Westin is a beautiful tucked away Paradise..😊
Sometimes forgetting the network and reconnecting is needed at hotels. Some also require authentication every 24 hours. It has worked fine for me doing these steps.
