Positive: The staff was the best crew I have encountered in a longtime. Very friendly very professional. I hope this will never change at the location. Outstanding......Thank you for a great long weekend away from home. Negative: No.....The hotel was clean and the location was perfect in getting to many areas in the city.

This is a good hotel with a good location to access everything around. The rooms were clean and bathroom was really big. The AC was right next to one of the beds so we had to put a chair in front of it to block the cold air. I am not super happy that they are still using only plastic plates and utensils during breakfast. Overall, if you are just touring the area and only in the hotel to sleep it's a good choice. The staff working the breakfast buffet is very nice but literally any staff at the front desk should be avoided because they are all pretty rude.

My fishing buddy and I have been staying at the Cape Coral Holiday Inn Express for a few years now. It is perfectly located near the places we visit and isn't far from the fishing charters we book on a yearly basis. The hotel staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, and is within walking distance from our favorite restaurant, "The Monkey Bar and Grill." I'm a member with Holiday Inn (IHG Hotels) and this has been my favorite hotel to stay in, and I have stayed in several Holiday Inn Hotels throughout the USA. I encourage everyone to stay here if they are going to be in the Fort Meyer/Cape Coral area because you won't be disappointed! I would like to give a shout out to the great staff there! Thanks for making every stay as comfortable as possible! KUDOS!!!

At $389-$400 per night you could LITERALLY stay at the Marina Cape Coral Resort for only $54 more per night!! An entire luxurious resort right on the water with gorgeous grounds and impeccable 1st class service. Just a couple months ago it was less than $200 per night! When I called and stated this they said “yeah I know the rates can be quite high this time of year let me transfer you to reservations” and quickly transferred me to get rid of me. However had he allowed me to respond I would’ve informed him that in fact- NO OTHER HOTELS have raised their rates. Seeing as it’s only $54 more to stay at the Marina Cape Coral Resort!!
