I be leaving here since 2008 and until this day I love it is safety for my kids Redwood terece when I need repair in the apartment maintenance are there never had any problem to fix anything but the only thing they need to do to all this kids to put a basketball 🏀 loops so kids don't bounce 🏀🏀in they house✍️👋 thank you Michelle and Ana for giving me a roof to my little family this opportunity to live in Redwood terece 👌

I just moved in a month ago, but so far I love it! The apartment is gorgeous! They did an awesome job getting it ready for me and my family. The staff in the office is very nice and they get back to you quickly when you reach out to them. Maintenance does an excellent job keeping the property clean and well maintained. And it's nice and quiet around here, neighbors are very respectful. So far after being here for a month me and my family are very happy.
