Hi..... Worst place to live . It's pretty old . Bugs,rats r in every unit.parcels will be stolen.cycle will be stolen from cycle stand ,U never know thieves may be ur neighbor. And nobody cares landlords or the management . landlords r crazy for money. They compare there building to Princeton properties and keep on increasing rent. They r aren't aware what they r providing...plz don't come. Plz don't fell for 100 or 150$ less. Not worth.u will loose ur peace of mind here

all camelot 1 have a bed bugs and the trush all the bullding !! the owners not pay anything for bed bugs treatment or to resolve any problems just let the bullding have a bad smell!!!

So great. I am living here and this apartments are awesome. It is little old but the location is very good opposite to merrimack river. Best apartments for summer. It is two buildings court 1 and 2 and both has swimming pools. One bhk and two bhk apartments available. It has garden for children. We can see boat racing on merrimack river,Carnival on regatta field, Cuba fair in August and much more.

If you're renting it depends on the owner, if you're purchasing a condo, then yes, the condo association allows dogs.
The condos are owned by individual honors and rented by them. Usually they ask for 3 months deposit in advance . Prices ranges 1100_1400/ month. There are studios, 1, and 2 bedrooms only.
