This site either looses packages or does not know how to deliver packages on time.

Open until 8pm for drop off. The people are friendly and their to help. It seems the drop off boxes are now available until 6pm, so if you miss that, this place is you next alternative.

Package not delivered on time. No staff working to unload incoming truck for a whole afternoon shift. Package still not delivered or located next morning. Packaged still not delivered in afternoon. Still no package!!!!

I guess the only reason I give this location 4 stars is because FedEx originally lied about delivering my package to a store. Then I had to call FedEx & have them leave it at this center. When I get to the center, they act like they couldn't find my package. They ended up finding it on the floor, next to the pallet it was supposed to be on. On the floor where it can be crushed.

First, the PUBLIC needs to understand that FedEx Express and FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx SmartPost are NOT the same company. Express CAN NOT track Ground/Home Delivery/SmartPost packages as they cannot track Express Packages. We are two different companies but under the umbrella of FedEx Corporation. When all of you are complaining about not getting your package on time while still in a PANDEMIC, BE a little more specific. FedEx didn't deliver your Weaves from China/Fashion Nova/Sweet Little Things/or whatever it might be. So, at least they would know which company needs to improve more. Thanks
