Dog owners beware! Lots of ticks! My dog had over 30+ ticks that were removed from her after a hike here. She is treated to prevent ticks and Lyme disease but I wanted to warn others. That being said, it is a beautiful quiet trail.

Absolutely gorgeous! Very relaxing and quiet! The scenery is stunning. Can bring your dogs...it's very pet friendly area! The people are happy and friendly! Beautiful water views! one of my favorite spots to go on walks! And had a great day outdoors!

The land absorbs water like a sponge. Especially the trails in the field beyond the pond. Please beware of this if you're considering bicycling or wearing shoes that you do not want to get wet. Even days after the rain, it can still be an issue. Considering how mainstream this place has become, the trail should be in better shape. When I go out there I never know how overgrown it may or may not be. There's a big hole in the berm before the barn. The berm over the brook is a great idea, but that hole should be fixed. Other than that, I think the area is okay. It includes some nice veiws of the Bellamy River. I seem to go out there at least once a season.
