If I could give a negative 5 I would. Had an issue with my order, called the store and the manager "Amber" kept hanging up on me. And no, I did not yell nor cuss. Pizza was so burnt and hard we ended up throwing it away.

Ordered here online at 2:19 pm. Estimated arrival was 3:19. It's now just under 30 minutes past and I've now called and all they could do was have me wait or refund me. Management here clearly isn't doing their job well, which isn't surprising since I've had more than one experience like this here. My recommendation? Go to pizza hut, dominos, or literally anywhere else.

I order from this hungry howies about once a week with no issues but today I ordered online and then they called and said they could not deliver because they did not have any delivery drivers so I said I would come get it and then they called again saying they did not have something for one of the pizzas and I said okay no problem. I go pick up the pizza and wings and they were burnt so I called and they said I could drive back up there and come get a new pizza And I explain to them that I was on my 30 minute lunch break and I could not come back up there the manager would not get on the phone and then sent it through an employee that she would send me a coupon in about a week. I’m honestly just upset with how management handled the situation like it’s not that hard to say hey we’re sorry we burnt your pizza and your wings couldn’t deliver it didn’t have the items to make it. Overall a frustrating experience.
