Absolutely ridiculous customer service and overall experience. It took almost 3 hours before it was finally delivered and of course the order wasn't complete. To save Papa Johns' reputation, they should shut this location down. I called to try to get the correct order but hung up after 30 minutes on hold

I just started eating from Papa John's again and this location is good young lady behind the counter Tara working hard I was watching her spoke with her about the pizzas and the quality is very informative I will definitely go back there I recommend this location

I love the food but not happy today! I ordered on the app. The app said he/she will arrive in 1 minute. 30 minutes go by and no one is here. I called & they told me the driver forgot to grab my order and they had to remake my food. Driver had to go back & pick up my food and it's been almost 2 hours. I tipped in advance to give the driver an incentive to make it here. I still don't have my freaking food. If I don't get my food by 8:30 I'm going to the store for either a refund or my freaking food! Better off going to Little Caesars!

I placed an order online at 6pm. The website said it would be an hour wait. At 8pm I call the store and speak to I'm guessing the manager? She didnt introduce her self of course. She was very rude. Anyways, she informed me that my order was "just walking out the door" 2 hours later. She said "if the website says an hour, you can pretty much bet it'll be an hour and a half or more. Cant do anything about it." And then she hung up on me . Lol. What a joke. You would think they would at least attempt to make the situation better, but it's okay we wont be ordering from there anymore.
