They have to close the store for pick ups at 9:30 for security reasons. Deliveries should continue until 10.
Ken Risher's Answer is Correct. For Security reasons the doors get locked at 9:30pm, closing operations are in progress. Depending on the Delivery Area, Deliveries may or may not be available to insure all Delivery Drivers can be back safely for a reasonable store closing time.
