Smells horrible, staff is completely unprofessional and we were treated like trash from the "front desk staff" who did nothing but sit there and tap on their screens looking confused by the landlord paying for our room because our air conditioning broke. Utterly the worst place I've ever walked into, and we were refused service after I asked what's going on and why is it taking so long, because nobody ever said hold on it'll be a few minutes. Roach disinfectant and mold smells with electrical tape holding the baseboards to the walls... crackhead walking in, seemed completely at home, walking her dog into the hotel past us.. not a place I'd ever pay $114.25 to stay in! Very unprofessional and they're unkempt! Not cool Extended Stay America!

First off the elevators were down the whole time we were there which was a little over 2 weeks due to our house being renovated and not to mention I'm 8months pregnant having to use the stairs every day(still working full time too until my maternity leave)since they put us on the second floor! (The staff joked the elevators are never getting fixed but I believe that). The housekeepers had to drag their carts up and down stairs. Oh and the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable you can definitely feel every spring, on top of them "remodeling" nothing looks like the pictures except the kitchenette area. Last of all the breakfast was poor straight up just muffins or oatmeal, coffee or hot chocolate you made your self but the staff weren't bad they were pretty friendly though.

My first time at an extended stay location. I was surprised at the lack of amenities. They give you an ice cube tray for ice. No ice machines on premises. No vending machines on premises. I had to ask for toilet paper and they gave you one or two rolls at a time. The same with more towels and wash clothes. There were 3 bath towels, 2 wash clothes. No paper towels, paper plates or bowls. I was staying 2 weeks. They told me that they had bowls I could use and to just leave them in the room when I leave. They didn't tell me what other amenities that they had you had to specifically ask if they had something. If you wanted your room cleaned you have to call the front desk to request service. They had maintenance men working and they would help you with your luggage. Otherwise you were on your own. The continental breakfast they offer is adequate. No other sign of food or coffee other than 6-9 am. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a medium sized Color TV with limited cable. There was an air-conditioner in the room that worked good. It had a full kitchen. There was 2 desks so you could have a table to eat at. There was an ironing board and iron there. The queen mattress was extra firm. Too much so for me. You had 3 pillows. No extra bedding or blankets. They were doing painting, remodeling and spraying insulation. The property was old and in need of repairs. They posted a sign at the elevator to use the stairs whenever possible and no more than two people in the elevator at one time. I felt it was too expensive. They raised the prices on the weekend for two days and then dropped them back to the weekday rates. Which I feel is totally wrong. All in all the stay there was satisfactory. I think they should make you aware of the lack of amenities before you check in. I would probably book a room there again if necessary.

Terrible location. The definition of clean looks like the outside of a dumpster. Leaky bathtub faucet, when reported response was "we know". Room laid out so poorly that the fridge opens from against a wall. You would assume that an extended stay would have at least a coffee maker in the room, this one didn't. The only garbage can in the room was in the bathroom.
