I updated and added an extra star for service after the response to my rating below. I gave 3 stars initially because our service was not that great when we were there. We were seated right away, which was awesome, but then we were kind of just abandoned. I had to ask for new silverware because my fork was bent and kept hitting my teeth but it took forever to get a new fork, because our server was just like not checking up on us at all. I was also nitpicking the "pico" because I'm kind of ridiculous about my salsas and the "pico" that was server to me was essentially just tomatoes and some spices. When someone tells me they have "pico" I'm expecting more than tomato. The food is good. I definitely would have rated higher to being with if the service had been better.

When I walked in and made a reservation I met one of the guests behind me who was doing the same thing with the same number of people In her group. She was paying as I was showing up for my reservation. Waited 20 more minutes to be sat after an hour 1/2 wait. Hosts were disorganized. Waited another hour before food arrived. A different server took our order and ran our food. Our server chose other tables over us though we actually are pretty prompt because I’ve worked at the Scottsdale location in the past and know the menu well. Asked for the chicken pesto bowl with extra chicken recived the power bowl with zero sauce and hair on my eggs instead. 3 hour experience I couldn’t get away from fast enough. I was asking my wife if I had done something wrong. I feel disrespected and still hungry.

Great service!! They are super busy with to go orders but still wait wasn't bad and worth it! Khutso and staff were great! Patio seating was nice. Fun seasonal menu. Consistent food. Overall 5 star Yum!! They also allow dogs on the patio which was nice for a day out and there is a dog park across the street. 🐕🐶

First time for First Watch! Coffee, nice and strong, I drink mine black. Potatoes, soft, seasoned with a craving country flavor (reminds me of gma's potatoes early in the morning). Omelet, ham, red bell pepper, Gruyere cheese (perfect creaminess, like Swiss but 10x better). Wheat toast, uh...oh my butter!! A little less would be nice, scrapped some off with my fork.. Every bite delicious and memorable. My friend had biscuits and gravy. By far the best I have tasted in the valley, other than my own, hehe. Hands down to the Commander, Pierre! The staff are professional, kind, courteous, fun and are on top of their service! The perfect place to come if you're hungry! You'll leave with a satisfied tummy! Definitely coming back!
