We arrived at 5:45am on a Saturday to find Warren alone. Cooking and waiting on a few customers. We felt bad for him. Almost left so as not to add to his stress. Glad we didn’t. He was cool, professional and welcoming. He brought us coffee and water and somehow cooked and waited on three other tables. He took our order, cooked it and brought it out without skipping a beat. Everything was picture perfect and tasted amazing. Help finally arrived at 6:15am. I noticed that they weren’t even close to his level of customer service and professionalism. Warren is truly a remarkable restaurant professional. I gave him a generous tip as I always do when I come across outstanding service. If you go, you may not meet him if he’s not alone, but rest assured, your food will be perfect if he’s in the back.

This IHOP is great. I am two blocks from one. However, I drive 4 mi to this one instead. Always great service. Always easy online ordering. Always quick, accurate, delicious orders. I've ordered here many times and every time I have had a great experience.

We went on a Sunday and they were very busy. They said it would be 40 minutes but we were seated after only 20. The pancakes were very good. The bacon was not. It was thin and almost all fat. Overall the service was very good even though waitress probably was taking care of at least 10 tables herself.

1st time, ever Dining at IHOP, we both had the 55+ Breakfast Sampler it was awesome, the portions were just right and our waitress Rosie was Fantastic and Very Friendly, our food was done perfect, each Saturday Morning we pick a different Restaurant to go to, been doing this since February, as Professional Chef, it really enjoyable to try somewhere New in the Gilbert/ Mesa and Chandler so far.
