Per instruction I arrived at 2:45 for a 3pm appointment MADE A YEAR AGO. I was called back at 4:02. I asked reception once how behind I could expect them to be, and was told “I don’t know what to tell you, you paid already, you still want to wait” My appointment was laughable and lasted less than 2 minutes. Thanks for respecting my time and money. Will be looking for another provider.

The worst disorganized practice I have ever seen. Staff were not helpful. Created bogus rules. I wouldn’t take my worst enemy to this place.

I have been seeing dr.cobb/ amy webber ( love them ) since i was a teenager just recently i was involved in a car accident & had a seizure made an appointment on tues to see a neurologist thurs , i was called wednes morning saying my appointment was cancelled and they could no longer see me due to a " unpaid bill " i offered to pay this so called " bill " yet i was told i couldn't pay the " bill " & was no longer WELCOME at their facility ‼️ i asked how much is this " unpaid bill " the scheduler stated she couldn't tell me how much the "unpaid bill " was worth / why my appointment was cancelled i asked could i speak with someone else regarding the matter i was placed on a " brief hold " only for her to say she's the ONLY one i can talk to being that she's the scheduling nurse hmm 🤔 when she had ALREADY stated it was for an " unpaid bill " is why i wasn't able to see a doctor mind you they are the ones who prescribes me meds it was at that moment when i realized your front desk nurse cares nothing about your patients health you could probably have a seizure at the front desk and she'll probably say we can't treat you call someone else like she told me ‼️ ( how RUDE is that ) mind you i can't attend work without a neuro follow up i agree with another review if u rid your front staff it would be pleasant no good customer skills whatsoever .

Big Pharma junkie's. If you value your health and safety when it comes to Neurology find a group of providers that are competent.
