I was a walk-in for a gel removal and gel manicure. Rather than letting my gel continue to soak when it wasn’t coming off after 10 minutes the tech used a drill which would have been fine if he didn’t drill all the way down to my natural nail… and then continue drilling. After spending 45 minutes doing this he soaked my nails in water and by then they were thinner than paper. The polish overflowed onto my cuticles which wasn’t cleaned and off I went after spending almost two hours for a gel manicure. A day later and my nails are chipping and one has ripped down into my nail plate because it’s been drilled so thin and I’m having to wear a bandaid.

I am always in search for a clean, not overcrowded, professional and amazing nail salon and I have definitely found it!! Dip Nails always does an amazing job on my dip manicures, whether it is just plain color or a new design. They are great at helping with suggestions on new styles or color options. I never have to wait long and all the staff is super kind and welcoming. Will never go anywhere else as long as I live in Mesa!!

So glad that I tried this place. First visit was for a pedicure. The nail tech was really nice and did a good job on my pedicure. Came back for a gel manicure. While choosing my color I asked Kim If she would be able to recreate a design I saw online. She said yes, therefore, my manicure turned into a full set. Kim is really talented with acrylic nails and specialty designs. My third visit was a fill and design change. If you're looking for someone who is good at designs, ask for Kim.
