Still good food. It's definitely changed since a couple years ago. Quality has gone down and prices have gone up. It always feel dark and gloomy in there and I don't knownif it's simply because it's a open grill Korean BBQ place.

Im giving two stars because one star is for the food itself which was good. However good the food is doesn't matter, because you will want to leave as soon as possible when confronted with the rude staff. The entire staff team appears to be bothered by your presence, impossible to get ahold of when needing service, and one server even began to harass our table when we went there later for dinner. constantly telling us in 3 minute intervals the time and how we needed to get out of the restaurant, this started 20 minutes to close. it even got to the point they started to grab our utensils for cooking and touching our food. when our party told her we did not like this she began an argument with us still trying to pry the tongs from one of our hands, the audacity was truly remarkable and she only stopped when everyone at our table began to escalate at the shameless display of her behavior. do not come here if you like being treated horribly and then pay a lot for it. absolutely the worst dining experience i have had. we will not be back. I never leave reviews, never, but i now see the rest of the low rating are saying the same thing... believe them. choose another dining option, this one will ruin your day.

The food tasted good, but near closing time the older Asian lady started dumping our food into the grill and burning it and telling us to hurry because they’re closing in 20 minutes. Such rude behavior. We told her we didn’t need her to keep touching our food but she snapped back and said we’re closing as if we didn’t already know that.

Scanty service and when we pointed out a hair in our food nothing was said/done and they avoided our table afterwards. We kept getting dirty looks from management as if insinuating it was us. Would not recommend. Arlington location better/nicer and bigger.
