Terrible, over priced, and literally the only choice. They charge high late fees on bills they send days after they're due. This is what happens when there's no competition and we allow monopolies to run wild.

Recently I got a bill from 2017 saying I owe 95$. I have always paid my money because I appreciated my trash pick up. Now here I 2020 they are sending me bogus charges from years ago. Why did it take this long if it isn’t a bogus bill?
