We do not have senior days, but we do provide an active older adults class in the morning Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Seniors could also be eligible to get a free membership through Silver and Fit if they are over the required age and have either Blue Cross Blue Shield or Cigna insurance.

We do not have any of those, but as long as you come to this location 51% of the time you are welcome to use the pool in Bellevue. Joining the Y includes you in a nationwide membership where you can go to any Y in the nation.

This location does not have any boxing classes, but there is a punching bag in our archery room that can be used as a training room. The archery room is included with any membership you get. We also have a class called "Defend Together" that is a spin on self defense. You can call the Dickson location to learn more about the class.

As of right now, we are providing camps for every break or day out of the school the kids have. Please contact the Dickson location for more information of how to get on the registration list.

You could fill out a guest pass which opens any amenity to you two times free. After this, if you still do not want a membership you can pay a $7 drop in fee every time you come.
