Was given a death stare by an employee as i walked in, and was ignored by 4 employees while standing at the counter to order.

Service was terrible and employees made it well known they did not want to help us. They wouldn’t take orders at the counter and took twice as long for us to order online and prepare our food.

I went instore today and they said they are only taking mobile orders but the registers are working. It was a mess trying to use my rewards on the app and it would have worked if they just were taking orders normally. The employees seem to hate whenever anyone walks in or asks them a question. Not welcoming at all. Lazy business, definitely going anywhere else to eat but here.

Mediocre at best... First of all walking in to the restaurant we were told they aren't taking orders at the register... Have to order on the app.... Then got our food-takeout. The salad was ridiculous. Barely any lettuce. Ordered cookies, which apparently are still at the restaurant. Extra seasoning on the fries.... Not! Why give the option if your not going to pay attention to the order!
