To me food is overpriced quality is okay

There were no chicken tenders, the wrong burger ( cheese on a bacon burger with no cheese) so they the only thing I got from this order was just fries. Told me I have to get a refund in the app. There's no customer service contact, no way to request refund through app. I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries and they were completely cold when I got them.

Very poor service on Oct. 18,2022. Came in at around 8:50pm and there sign states Sunday-Thursday 10:30am-10:00pm Friday-Saturday 10:30am-11pm. When we pulled in at 8:47 pm we saw an employee lock the door as I walked up she unlocked with an attitude. I asked for a medium chocolate brownie concrete and was given a mini chocolate concrete. Tables were wiped with chairs up off the floor. There where people trying to get ice and no ice in a at the machines.

Well let me tell you about Freddy's. Do you remember steak and shake 30 years ago in sight it must be right of course that proves not to be true anymore. Just go into the one off of Atlanta highway the hygiene is terrible no hats no hair nets dust over the counter on the wall there the stainless steel wall. But enough of a fallen restaurant Freddy's is quite similar great hamburgers great service a clean place and I highly recommend Freddy's
