Called to get information on how to apply for new social security card. I was told to send my original drivers license. Explained that I didn't have a extra license. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and said she couldn't' t help that, that I should write my congressman. Also, told me I didn't have to show proof of my identification if I was pulled over by any law enforcement. Her advice was I just tell them my license number. DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS ALL OFFICES ARE STILL CLOSED!!!! I told her I didn't see how it was legal for me to send my license and she said it was not her problem.

No. They have a number to office on the door you have to call for assistance.
You have to call and make an appointment
you will need to call and make sure they have you're banking info right/ routing number and if they dont they should have mailed it to you and if you didnt get it in mail or bank they sent it some where else so i would call to see where and what can be done!

You would have to call your local social security office, because they probably need to verify some things. It's best to have everything you need before going
