Met with Kim today. Went in with the expectation I was going to be there awhile, so the 30 minute wait wasn’t bad. Kim answered all my questions quickly and efficiently, was very impressed with her compassion and knowledge. I would recommend, if you have unrealistic expectations of immediate service, you call and make an appointment. But for me, from the security guard to Kim it was a flawless and easy procedure.

I've never been here when they haven't been so nice. That is the nicest people.

Unbelievable how slow is this services.. It was like 20 people wanting and only 2 windows attending.. and people who don't have the requirements for something they want, they keep asking questions and wasting time...

A completed SS-5 form you can find on ssa.gov, and your actual license , or state ID, or Passport (not a copy) mailed to the local office. If you do not feel comfortable sending your original documents, your over 18, and address on ID is correct; PLEASE request a replacement SSN CARD online @; www.SSA.gov
Medicare part A is free.. this is only for hospitalization and does have co pay and deductible.. Part B is currently at $134 monthly and is normally used by those without insurance coverage for medical insurance. If you retire and draw retirement benefits they will take the cost of part B from your monthly check.
You can use tour drivers license or passport as proof.
Honestly I would call and make a appointment. Its easier and a lot faster. When you go in the office they are going to make you a appointment anyway.
We may have different answers due to a lot of things but i was told up to $800 monthly but anything over that counts toward a twelve month lifetime ending. So 800 per month is fine and less than that is fine but $1 over counts as one of your 12 allowed months to go over. Doesn't matter if you skip a month or two before you make over 800 again but the minute you do that's number two and so on. Once you make it to 12 months of ever going over, you are kicked off.
No, they take walk-in customers as well. You will check in at the Kiosk answer a few questions and it will give you a numbered ticket. Go early if possible. Take care.
Hello how can I help you?
I forgot the exact hours but it is by appointment only when I just was there.
Yes. You can apply for a replacement online or in person, but they are only doing appointments in person due to COVID. I had an appointment this last Monday that I had to make about 2 weeks in advance.
Called the local office for the area and they Scheduled an appointment after that. Some appointments are a week or two out because of Covid
Go online, sss.gov create an account and order a replacement.
Yes, for everything, if they consider it an emergency
Go to the SS Admin and apply for a duplicate. They will need a picture ID and your Birth certificate. They'll send it to you in about 2 weeks.
I've never heard of that. Usually SS will have you fill out information and you'll put your bank info only when doing Direct Deposit
I.D. drivers license... A second form wouldn't hurt, birth certificate...
Roger, no. They're not doing anything in the building. I tried this last week. Everything is online.
I have never received an email from them. Regular mail and phone calls only for me.
Not that I'm aware of. I lined up with others outside the building to wait for the door to be unlocked.
You will need a state I.D or medical records for proof of identity. They will not accept a birth certificate or expired I.D.
Hi if it is ok try a different field ..
If they are under age yes
Your social security card Ga ID and marriage certificate
I do not believe it cost for a replacement, but you are only allowed a certain amount of replacement cards in a lifetime. So be careful with your social security cards.
I would recommend goggling one or calling medicare.
Go to the local office or go onto tge website and print one out.
Your birth certificate and I.D.
