I had a family member attempting to get in touch with their probation officer for weeks but could never reach them. Then a month later they arrest them saying they weren’t “keeping in touch”. Totally false and illegal!! Hopefully Officer Lot has since then been fired for lying and bad conduct.

Idk, who your PO is but it sounds like we may in fact have the same one. All I can really tell you is this, Ive been on State Paper for over 5 years and back in March, I got 2 letters, from 2 different PO s, both of them telling me that they were both my po s. And that I had x number of days to report. Now, when I got to the office, over on Blanton Ave. I went to the front to sign in and this woman came out to take me back. But while we were waiting in line for the bathroom, for my drug screen, the other Officer walked up to me and introduced himself. I can honestly say, that every since that day, back in March, Ive had nothing but problems from this woman. In fact, I just talked to an attorney maybe 30 minutes ago about what I can do, bc of her racist behavior and this all came about, when she came out into the lobby on, my 2nd visit, and asked me, if the man sitting in the lobby was my boyfriend? And then she wanted to know, had he ever served any time?
