Me and my husband went in on Saturday after an atv wreck, we were in a cage and had harnesses on so we weren’t hurt much I just had gotten hit in the eye with a bag of tools that was in the floor board when we wrecked and I had a cut below my eyebrow, I called them before I came in and asked if they did stitches there; they said they do but they would just have to look at it; and I told them where the cut was at and they said well I’ll just have to look at it. I got there and the front desk lady asked what happened, I said we flipped a side by side and she literally said “why would you do that” huh?? It was an accident!😂a nurse or medical assistant came out to look at my eye and see if it needed stitches and she said she didn’t think it needed stitches (which it’s a pretty big gash but I wasn’t sure I just don’t want a bad scar) so I said okay, and she asked if I was nauseous, headache, dizziness, all the concussion things, I said no to all of them, she went to talk to the doctor and she comes back and tells me that since it’s swollen like it is that I have a concussion and I need to go to the ER to get a CT scan! The doctor would not even come out to see me. We just said okay and left🤣if they didn’t want to see me they could have told me over the phone! When you get hit in the eye it swells, that’s natural. So, I did not go to the ER, because I knew I didn’t have a concussion, and ended up just not worrying about getting stitches. It was honestly laughable. We ended our afternoon going to Walmart to get bandaids and hydrogen peroxide, going to eat dinner, and doing a little shopping. I have a little black eye and that’s it. I do appreciate the concern though!! However a doctor should not suggest that I have a concussion and need a ct scan without checking me out himself. Thabks

my son has strep but won’t shake a fever after 5 days when i brought him back to see if they can run more test to see what else is wrong they wouldn’t even look at my son & told us it’s just strep & had us leave without even going to the back.

I always go here. But I received very rude service today. The lady that brought my 6 year old his prescription spoke with a very sharp tone and attitude. I asked a couple of questions concerned for my son and she was snappy with every response and even had the nerve to tell me it didn’t matter what my son’s temperature was when I asked what it was. Highly unprofessional.

Very disappointed in this urgent care. Been battling sinus problems for the past week and started running fever yesterday. Went to clinic and finally made it in and then was told I could not be seen or given anything to help since I told them I did not want a COVID test. It’s bad when doctors won’t even help treat you unless they push COVID on you. What happened to other sicknesses before COVID that this doctor won’t even look at. Very disappointed!
