I see Dr. Ingram and love him. He is great. Spends time with me and takes time to show me what I need to get if I need things. I do wish the front desk staff was more nice to people. I watched one (Heather) roll her eyes at a gentleman because he couldn't hear and she had to repeat herself. They sometimes won't talk will just stare at you like your suppose to know what to tell them as soon as you walk up. But sometimes they speak fine. All in all I feel comfortable here because of the doctors. They want to get to why you feel the way you do and that's a great thing.

Never on time. Always 20-30 minutes after your appointment time before you get back. I have a child with special needs. Do you know how hard it is to keep her entertained when the appointment runs that far behind? If I have to be here on time I should go back on time. This is ridiculous and it happens to very single time.
