Very good campground but very small camsites. Clean and tidy utilities. Ranger Station on site very close to the Pacific Ocean coast.

A great spot. The campground doesn’t have hookups, but we were able to squeeze our 19 foot camper into the camping spot. The cell signal was strong enough to run a hotspot.

Great campground overall and I enjoyed my time staying here. I got here around 5PM on a weekend and I was practically the only person here when I visited in late May. The sites are somewhat secluded but not as much as other campgrounds in the park. Sites have a picnic table, fire pits, and are among the trees which form a nice canopy above obstructing most of the sky. Payment is made via card which can be done either right away or you write it down on the registration form for the attendant (which was on duty when I was there) to take later. The beach is a bit far to walk, but you can walk if you are so inclined like I was. Overall nice place to camp and I recommend it when staying on the west side of Olympic since Kalaloch is much busier - especially if you visit in the peak summer season.

Used to come here every summer almost every weekend. Love the campground, have never had a bad experience but giving it 2 stars because ever since they started doing reservations its been imposible for me to reserve a spot on the days im available. The reservation technique really killed it for those who cant or dont want to make a reservation online. Maybe make it reservation for the more popular spaces and leave the rest to first come first serve?! At least give others a chance to enjoy the campground.

Yes, dogs are allowed.
Yes, they are fairly modern, remodeled in the last few years.
I went there two weeks ago to escape the heat. I arrived at 10pm on a saturday night and all spaces were taken. First come first served, no reservations.
Shouldn't be a problem
The spots do not have connections but there is a dump station with water. It is a gorgeous Park
As of June, 2017 when I last visited Mora Campground, reservations were not available. Site selection was first come, first serve. You pick an open site and then go pay for the nights you are going to be there.
I do believe it is open all yr..double xheck..very nice place!
Most national park campgrounds lack hook ups. I don't believe Mora has any.
Probably not, but you can check at recreation.gov
Online reservations are best. We did not have one but we were able to get one from the ranger office nearby. Open hours at the office are very limited.
I remember seeing some overflow parking near the ranger station and near the picnic tables. But I would call and ask if you're allowed to park there overnight.
Yes . Leash them. Pick up poop is all . I've seen labs running around on the beach people don't seem to mind as long as they're behaving
You cannot reserve to my knowledge unless you're a large organization like the ymca. Single sites are first come, first served.
Three Rivers Resort has cabins, a couple miles before Mora, and there are signs along the way advertising for other places.
Seemed reasonable. About the same as other places in the area. Pretty good bathrooms. Good layout.
When I camps at Mora this last summer there was no availability for reservations.
I think loops C and D are closed in the winter months. The rest stay open.
Yes, in designated fire pit.
Eh, all the loops are pretty good. No showers. Toilets and sinks yes.
I was there last week before the complex fire, no smoke. But there are alot of campfires. The sea breeze keeps the smoke away i think.
You can't make reservations. We haven't seen it full yet though, even on 4th of July, and we've gone camping there 7 times this summer... If for some reason it is full though, 3 Rivers campground is 10 minutes away, and Bear Creek is 30! You don't need reservations for either of those either!
A-20$ B-Yes C-Not sure
Go online, you'll have much better luck. We simply showed up midweek and found a site. Good luck!
Yes
20 or 25$ i think. They only accept cash.
Yes they do.
Yes, there are water spouts near the restrooms.
There was no shower in the restrooms at Loop B when I camped there in June 2017
