First time coming here because my regular shop was super busy. Came in and and it was nice and not busy. I asked for ombre nails. She didn't know how to do them left with a dark purple polish that I would never pick for myself. I cannot wait to get these off and get a new set from another place.

I want to start by saying I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this is not acceptable. Please avoid this place. I went here with my nephew to get a full set and pedicures. Let’s start with the pedicures. They don’t not sanitize the tools in between uses and also used my foot scrubber to get sugar scrub out of the container. I told Zion(nail tech) that is not sanitary but he just rolled his eyes and laughed. My full set was extremely thick and my nails were pointed upwards (like there were lifted). I explained to Zion(nail technician) that I was not satisfied. He said they looked fine and brushed me off. My nephew had to get to work so I figured I would go back the next day to talk to management. That brings us to todays issue and this review. I showed the lady up front my nails and she agreed they didn’t look good. I asked her to please have another tech fix them for me. She insisted Zion had to fix them. Zion started yelling at me, was rough handling my hands, and extremely agitated that I didn’t like my nails. At this point he just started to remove them completely. Once my nails were off I asked the lady up front for a refund because I didn’t want them done by someone who is rude, unprofessional and doesn’t care what his customers are asking for. She told me she would have to call a manager to get approval and I would hear from her by noon. Well I didn’t hear from the shop. I had to call at 4:56PM in which I was told she would call me back in 10 mins. At 555PM still nothing so I called again. She said my manager said he can refund me $30 but mind you I paid $85 in total. Pedicure was $35 and full set was $50. I told her I would like to speak with the manager directly. She said no problem he will call you back in a couple of minutes. Here we are 7PM and still no call or resolution and of course now they are closed. I will never return back to this place.

Me and my friend went in with an appointment, and two ladies came in for an appointment at the same time but way after us and we’re helped first, only had one girl doing nails who was very rough, and made me bleed because of the electrical file. She didn’t cut my cuticles, and instead “tried” pushing them back with her fingernail which hurt and she did it after she had already applied the acrylic, which she didn’t do correctly either. She was bending my finger at angles it is not meant to bend. She then cut my nails very unevenly, and even filed them cooked, to which I asked her to correct twice and she was very rude about it. And before I even sat in the chair to get my nails done I asked if she could do my nails like the picture and she said yes, and I know how to do nails, I just decided to treat myself and have someone else do them. And she continued to make every wrong step. And then she sent me to another lady to do the painting. And the next lady was nicer but still could not do what I wanted even after I showed her the picture. I would not recommend going there because I left with very uneven and bulky nails, a bad paint job, and overall just a bad experience. If I could give this zero stars I would, but I can’t, so instead I give a 1.

I was a walk in, Violet greeted me and took care of me right away. She was super friendly and took her time with me. Made sure my nails looked on point. I would recommend asking for Violet! She did amazing!
