I got prescribed the wrong medication, which caused me to have an extreme manic episode. I felt like I almost went brain dead. My family was terrified for me, I had to be admitted to a mental hospital for a whole week (Green Oaks Hospital) as they attempted to stabilize me. I wasn’t acting the same and I’m still recovering from the mess Veronica caused me. I requested to be treated by Dr. Quadri for a reason, but I chose to trust their “professional” suggestion by getting treated by Veronica. She didn’t listen to me and my primary concerns and she prescribed me Lexapro which gave me an horrific experience. This caused me and my family deep pain and I’m still battling with this every single day. She prescribed me Lexapro after only a one hour session of her asking me a series of questions and not listening and paying attention to my real concerns. I voiced my opinion, in regards to me sincerely believing that I didn’t need to take that medication but I took it because I trusted them as experts to lead me the right direction. When I was dispatched from the mental hospital (Green Oaks Hospital) Innovated Minds rejected Green Oaks’s request for a follow up appointment as if they wanted nothing to do with this. I was told by the dispatcher that “That’s never happened before.” It seemed to me they felt they were in the wrong and wanted to brush this under the rug. To everyone, please if you feel like you’re not being listened to properly follow your instinct and stay away from these people.

First and foremost. Dr. Boudjenah (SP) is an outstanding Doctor. The staff? Absolutely not! They do not fill prescriptions on time nor are they consistent with following up with your medication. There is some woman psychiatrist who is completely repulsive, her attitude is terribly and the office isn't really interested in trying to work with you. They just want you to continuously come in to get your refills. Mental health is such a scam and its hard to find someone who doesn't want to drag your recovery. Again, Dr. Boudjenah gets five starts but the staff who doesn't work for him is awful.

my experience was that they really don't care about practicing medicine and helping patients. They just want to take your money and deliver subpar service. Your money would be better spent elsewhere with a dr. that cares about helping you get better.
