This will be a short review for me. The food we had (steakburgers) was excellent but I truly dislike having to scan through screens at a kiosk to order a meal. I miss "personal service". Offering kiosks as an order r ing option is fine, but not when it's mandatory. It's been a while since I dined at a Steak 'n Shake because of Covid and will try another location. But if this is chain-wide, I'm done with them. I get more and better service at McDonald's and Burger King; and that's sad. For me, personal service is more important than saving a few cents on an order.

Yes it is, we went through the drive thru and got some shakes
because Corona is still out here it's just on the down low right now and we will want to keep everybody safe so continue to use the drive through which I have no problem in using steak and shape is great I love their garlic burgers there to die for real stake meat not fake imitation it's okay to dining room on have to be open the food is still just as good
Same thing happened to me during the middle of the day when they should have plenty people working. There was literally one cook back there with no help took 1:30 minutes just to get my food
Breakfast is served from midnight until 11am, and yes they serve pancakes (all you can eat is about 3.99).
