I like how I was able to create an account and increase my limit fairly easily. The 7% fee is a little high, but less than other crypto atms I've used. At other Crypto atms that I've used, I am able to put almost double ($15k) without submitting social security number. Also, I've had 2 issues at this atm, which I called and both issues were fixed. Anh helped me last time and was super professional and helpful, supposedly it was a simple issue with the atm. The first issue was also just the atm not counting the money correctly so it didn't finish transaction, but the first lady I talked to got it all worked out. Overall, I like using this machine, it's easy and has multiple coins to choose from.
