My children has been going there for years since birth and dr. Smith is who took care of each and every one of them I’ve had no problem with no one in this office they are Very professional, very caring, and very compassionate I love this place and if I was still in Georgia my kids would Continue to go there they are the ONLY people I trust with my children!!!

If you have kids Dr katherine mccusker is a great Dr my kids love her and my kids dad loves her and love her also she as been daughter Dr for six years and my son Dr for four years she is great with kids
We've had the same problem recently. It's a new calling system they have is not the actual medlink staff. It's going through a call center first before it even reaches them most of the time. I have told the manager there about it so that she is aware that they're not getting all their messages and that some phone calls aren't getting through. We were even on hold for 45 minutes just get disconnected call back and held another 47 minutes before we were actually able to talk to anyone. They seem very apologetic about it and said that they would get it resolved as quickly as possible
Haven't had any problems getting referrals. As a matter of fact, they have been quite expeditious in the matter.
