I must say, the quality of customer service here is by far the best I’ve ever experienced in my 34 years of life. I genuinely mean that.. I’ve been a customer of Jeannie Kreeger’s office for 4 years now. I have both renters insurance and auto insurance. I worked very closely with one of their Reps, Cindy. Words cannot even begin to explain how patient, kind, and professional she is. I’m not one to understand anything when it comes to insurance stuff, so Cindy literally each time I spoke with her explained everything in full detail and with so much patience. She’s been on the phone with me when my kids are running ramped and screaming in the background. Again, beyond patient & understanding. She’s a saint, literally and figuratively. I’ve also worked with other reps when Cindy was not available at the time and they too have been extremely helpful. Again, there really aren’t enough words to describe how grateful I am to be able to have Cindy and Jeannie’s office entirely as our insurance liaisons. If you want/need quality customer service when it comes to dealing with your insurance.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jeannie Kreeger’s branch to assist. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
