Thy r not good at all. Trying to get a hold of someone is like looking for a needle in the hay stack. And even so your case working gives you their direct number you still don't hear a word from thm. If thy were in our shoes thy would be just as upset as us. Sorry were not as high class as thy r. We go on wht we go on because we need tht help. And for us to get treated as if we were nothing and when thy feel like it isn't right at all.

Horrible . They never answer there phones, they do not make sure you have all the information you need to know. Just horrible customer service, they need to get it together.

I can't answer that one most of the time they don't answer but the office is open you can go there or apply on line
No email. You have to set up an account on their app or call your case worker directly.
