The sales rep was extremely nice. I don't remember her name. She explained everything thoroughly. Not just for me, but my Mother as well. I know she felt confident using her new phone.

The girl Alma is a LIAR! She told me that I would get the Iphone 13 for regular price and another for 30 dollars. When I left and come back, her story was TOTALLY DIFFERENT! There was a 2 year contract!!!! Lil young snake! I'd rather go to someone else!

I'm a disabled senior who needed to change a sim card and the young girl expected me to do it, and I couldn't find the tray hole as in the instructions, and I needed to get my screen fixed that I pay for insurance every month but they have no place to get it fixed unless you make a appointment ,but they stores keep telling me to go to this store and that store send me back to the store that send me to that store. Why are they charging me for insurance every month when they really don't have the service!!!
